Having gone from welfare to accredited investor over the course of the last 3 decades, Njeri Gichia-Broussard is well versed in wealth optimization. With over a decade of experience as an engineer, she was the architect of an award winning Six Sigma process optimization project that was recognized by the Governor of Louisiana. Her experience as an engineer taught her how to start with a goal in mind and to plot out the careful strategic process to meet that goal. Njeri obtained both Series 7 and Series 66 licenses while employed with Edward Jones, and she is ready to put her back-end knowledge and experience in the financial services industry to work for her valued clients. Njeri currently holds both a Florida real estate sales associate license and a 2-15 life, health, and variable annuity license. Njeri earned her undergraduate degree and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Florida. Njeri currently serves on the Board of Directors for 8 Cents in a Jar, which is an award-winning financial literacy program for minority youth in Central Florida. Njeri also previously lead the Harambee investment club which had an overall rate of return of over 23%.
Njeri has a passion for coaching clients that need guidance to achieve their financial goals by solving financial problems they don’t even know that they have. Her satisfaction comes from seeing her clients and their families achieve financial freedom, particularly around the creation and retention of generational wealth. Njeri has often said that through some of her struggles in life, that she wants to be a warning to others as to what to avoid.
